
The Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS) has issued an Infringement Decision on 14 Dec 2020 and imposed financial penalties totaling over $419,000 on three businesses for infringing the section 34 of the Competition Act.
These businesses have engaged in bid-rigging conduct relating to tenders called for the provision of maintenance services for swimming pools, spas, fountains and other water features. Affected developments included condominiums and hotels in Singapore.
